Following the appointment of Canon Jessica Martin as the next Dean of Chelmsford, the Acting Bishop of Ely seeks to appoint a Residentiary Canon with responsibility for Learning and Outreach.

The postholder will work closely with the Learning team who do imaginative and exciting work with schools and home educators.

You will oversee a part time Pioneer Curate and facilitate programmes for the spiritual and intellectual growth of the Cathedral community.

Applications will be particularly welcome from those who will widen the diversity of the resident Chapter.

This post is subject to pre-employment checks including an Enhanced DBS check with barred list checks.
